Q. Are there time limits when challenging a will?
If you are included in a will that someone is challenging you may feel upset or anxious that your inheritance is at risk. The solicitors at It’s Your Inheritance understand that you are in a situation that you do not want to be in, defending an inheritance that was intended for you.
We have over 20 years' experience in defending wills and if you have any cause for concern you should contact us on 0800 0921 233 or fill in the form and we will contact you.
Once you have contacted us we will ask you for details of the will and the estate. We will need to establish a bit of background and we may ask you questions about your family or your relationship with the deceased. Everything you tell us at this stage will be confidential and we will not take any steps on your behalf without your permission.
Our experienced solicitors will advise on whether or not you have reason to defend a will. We will be able to give you step by step guidance on how the process works and what will be required of you.
Why not contact the It's Your Inheritance Team on 0800 0921 233
